1. What we collect

• Account: your email address when you sign in.
• Media you submit: videos/audio you upload or links you paste, and the generated outputs (dubbed video, subtitles, transcripts).
• Usage & billing: minutes used and payment records (handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

2. How we use it

Only to provide and improve the translation, dubbing, subtitle and transcription service, to operate your account, and to process payments. We do not sell your data.

3. Storage & deletion

Uploaded media and outputs are stored in object storage to deliver your results. Files are retained only as long as needed for the service and may be deleted automatically. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (authentication/database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (payments), and AI/compute providers used in the translation and dubbing pipeline. Each processes data only to perform their function.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use them for advertising.
