1. The service
AI Video Translator translates, dubs, subtitles and transcribes videos using AI. Output quality is provided on a best-effort basis and may vary.
2. Acceptable use
You may only submit content you own or have the right to process. You are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
3. Pay-as-you-go & credits
Subtitles and transcription include a free trial allowance; dubbing is billed by the minute via prepaid minute packs. Purchased minutes are consumed as you process videos. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
4. Refunds
Unused minute packs may be refundable at our discretion within a reasonable period; minutes already consumed are non-refundable. Contact us for billing issues.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
